Orders placed before 2pm leave the same day. Delivery within Lagos usually takes 1–2 days, and 3–5 days elsewhere in Nigeria. You will see the fee and estimate for your address at checkout.

Yes — choose *Pick up in store* at checkout. We will let you know as soon as your order is ready to collect.

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened skincare unless it arrived damaged — send us a photo and we will make it right.

Patch test first: apply a small amount behind your ear or on your inner arm once a day for three days. Introduce one new product at a time so you can tell what your skin is responding to.

Every product is sourced directly from the brand or its authorised distributor, and stored away from heat and direct sunlight until it ships.
