Catering for 200: How It Works

We cater 20 to 500 guests. The process is fixed so the food is not a gamble.

Tasting first

Pick three mains at the shop before you commit. The tasting fee counts toward the bill.

Fires on site

Grills cook at your venue. Rice and soups travel hot and finish there.

Book three weeks out for Saturdays. December goes by October.
