How is laundry priced?
Wash and fold is priced by weight; pressing and dry cleaning are priced by the piece. Each service page lists its options and prices.
How are stains handled?
Every stain is treated by hand before anything is washed. Point stains out when you book so nothing is missed.
What can you not clean?
Anything labelled do-not-wash, and pieces with loose beads or broken fasteners we cannot secure. We will tell you at sorting if something needs extra care.
How do pickup and delivery work?
Choose pickup or delivery at checkout where it is offered. You will see the options, times and fees there before you confirm.
How do plans work?
A plan covers the collections stated on its page. Renew or pause from the plan details at checkout.
What if something is damaged or a button goes missing?
