Our Story

A six-table buka, one iron pot, and a rule that someone tastes every batch.

Our story

One pot, low fire, no shortcuts.

A six-table buka behind a neighbourhood petrol station, then a bigger kitchen. Same pots, same rule.

Our story

One Pot, Low Fire, No Shortcuts.

Our kitchen started as a six-table buka behind a neighbourhood petrol station. The tables are gone; the pots, the recipes and the rule that someone tastes every batch before it leaves are not.

One Pot, Low Fire, No Shortcuts.

Our Values

Every pepper is picked by hand, every stock is made from bone, and nothing is fried in yesterday's oil — that is the whole recipe.

Stock from bone

Every soup starts with a stock we made, never a cube.

Tasted before it leaves

Nothing goes into a bag without someone in the kitchen eating a spoon of it.
