Our Story
Baked the Way We Were Taught
Our bakery started as one oven in a neighbourhood kitchen and a tray of meat pies sold to neighbours. Today there are four ovens, the same pie recipe, and a sourdough starter that is older than the shop. Everything is still baked the morning it is sold.
